Small Professional Office – Professional’s office with a part-time admin
The Concern: They called us to update his two computers. His big concerns were having a backup of his data and security from the internet. He had not updated his main computer in eight years and was using some outdated software to run his business that he was very comfortable with.

Our Solution: To replace the computers with new HP hardware covered by a 3-year manufacturers warranty, add a daily backup that could be taken off-site, and add a firewall router.  We were able to make the older software work on the new system. We also managed the cables and placement of the PCs for a better work flow for the admin and preserved the look of her antique desk.

Medium-sized Law Firm – Four partners and seven support staff
Our Service: We have been supporting this customer since 2000 when they were just two attorneys and two secretaries.  As they have grown over the years we have strategically updated and replaced equipment three times.  We actively support their systems  with software updates, as needed.  The attorneys are able to work securely and remotely from any internet enabled PC anywhere in the world.  They use dictation equipment both in and out of the office and have smart-phones that connect to their Microsoft Exchange Server. They use Needles Case Management Software to run their practice and we support the Needles integration on their system.

Manufacturer – with two (2) locations, off-site sales staff
Our Service: We have been supporting this customer for over seven years and, like the law firm above, we work with them to strategically update and support their computer network.  At this site, the company’s Controller acts as an IT facilitator.  He works with us and the company President to coordinate IT projects.  We are simply completing a company-wide upgrade to a new business software.  We worked with the authors of the software and the company to make sure that the company had both the access and security they needed.

We have also set up a data mirror so that each 24-hours the customers data is captured in a “snapshot” at a remote location as an addition to their daily data and server configuration back-up.
